Only if you have read this book will you understand that there are many different meanings in this book and no matter where you are at in life this book will speak to you exactly where you are. If you have not had the pleasure of experiencing this book by all means try it out.
I have never had the experience of reading a part of a book at different times in my life and the same part that spoke to me before about something totally different from where I am now speaks to me again only it fits where I am at the present time. It is amazing and supernatural. This book tells you that it is alive and active and never returns to the author without completing what was intended. If you have not guessed already the book that I speak about then here it is – the Bible, the written Word of God. Only God could produce a book such as this and He did just that.
Yes, I had doubts as well when I first began my journey with God, but He delivered on all counts and decades later I am still in awe of His Word. It is simply mind boggling and I quit trying to figure Him out a long time ago. I just go with the flow and always I am amazed. One verse that spoke to me years ago about something can today speak to me again only today my situation has changed, yet the same verse speaks to me as if it were always there for the situation I am presently in. How this can be is beyond comprehending, but God being God can do this and only Him.
I pray and ask God for guidance about certain things (I should always go to Him and ask about any and all things, but unfortunately I do not do this as I should), I ask Him to show me, to speak to me and He does. He does this with me through His Word and I take notice. It is sad that it took me so long to recognize His guidance. Better late than never some might say and yes it is, but I imagine where I might be today if I had took hold of His Word long ago.
I am not one to repeat things such as watching a movie more than once, nor reading a book more than once, but the Bible is the one thing that I can repeat again and again and always get something new from it. Something that fits exactly where I am at the time and always leads me in the right direction. So, there you go – the book that I can read over and over is the Word of God, NIV version suits me perfectly, but whichever version you prefer, get to reading. You will stand in awe of Him and His book. He delivers on all counts.
