When God Speaks

Hmm. What brands do I associate with? Association is more of a feeling or nostalgic time in my life so there are many for myself. Although some go way back it’s funny how I never lose sight of them. Just the mention of a brand can bring back wonderful memories and an opportunity to once again visit that time in history if only for a moment.

Victoria Secrets brings comfort and class to any wardrobe. A cute little sweat suit is all I need to feel pretty.

Toyota is another favorite. Toyota screams reliable, trusting, and if a Supra is thrown in the mix, wow, I have a winner.

Levi Strauss reminds me of younger times. High School, College, fun. Dress them up or down; I can make a statement with Levi. Or used to make one, lol.

John Deere takes me back to a time of youthful innocence. My grandfather was a farmer and John Deere was a staple for farmers from tractors, lawn mowers, or any farming equipment. A time of no responsibility and childlike wonder is what John Deere does for me.

Claire’s takes me to my teenage years where jewelry was a must but price a problem. Claire’s allowed me to have many pieces of jewelry that was fun, cute and didn’t turn my skin green right away.

McDonald’s is another brand for me that speaks of responsibility, friends, a gathering spot, and a fun place to work as a teenager.

Nike has to make the cut. Nike brings diversity to the table with so many colors and styles while not draining your bank account too terribly bad. All this with comfort as a bonus. Who can’t associate?

I’m sure there are many more brands I associate with but time is short and most readers focus won’t last that long.
