Everyone alive will say they are most happy when life is smooth or stress-free. For me, this happens when I write. All the pent up emotions and stress I carry are released with pen and paper. I don’t even have to be writing about those things causing stress. Just writing, words flowing get laid out and I become calm, refreshed, and ready to take on the world again. You see, I must empty myself in order to refill myself. So as I write all negativity is released making room for good stuff, positive stuff. If not released, all the good available to me has no where to go. A vessel must have room available if it is to refill.
The best scenario would be that as I give the best of myself out to others I make room for more good. But, that is not the case a lot of times. We can only give out what we have inside. So, I have given out a lot of stuff that should have been burned up for nobody benefits from garbage. Garbage in – garbage out is an old saying meaning what we put in is what we give out. We should all take note of what we are ingesting because that is what will come out. Is this possible?
I believe it is possible. We make choices every second of every day. We decide how we will take another’s words. If our hearts are right, full of love, then we can take most things positive or the bad things taken with a grain of salt. All about perception and focus. What we continue to dwell on or look at will find opportunity to present itself to us. Whether good or bad, opportunity will present itself. So, knowing this tells me that it is possible to decide what we ingest and what later will come out.
There are many ways to rid oneself of bad emotions and thoughts. Mine happens to be with pen and paper. For when I write, I am processing out and processing in. With pen and paper, I find myself most happy.
