When God Speaks

Of all the advice received in our lifetimes, from all different people with varying motives there is one piece of wisdom that is universal and all people should keep this front and foremost.

We tend to be swayed by who is giving the tip or advice alot of times. Those close to us, those that love us without borders that offer hope and wisdom to us we tend to tuck their words away for future times rarely givimg any time or thought to them.

There are others we admire for whatever reasons that offer us a nugget or two that we grab and hold onto their words like we have never heard such simple lifechangimg, not really, words come from anyone. Little do we really know about them, but they look as if they have it all together the brief moments we encounter them.

Then their are those that we see and wish we were them. Those on tv, the rich and famous of society. They offer words given to them on flashcards to repeat to anyone listening. These are the scary words of hope. We latch onto their words as if we have watched them walk out the very words given. Truth is they know nothimg about us and little about themselves, yet these are the words we try to recreate in our own lives. Fantasies offered and fantasies received only get us deeper into places we have no business being.

Lastly, there are those that have walked through hell but came out better. These people we have had front row seats watching their lives transform into a miracle of sorts. These are people we should emulate and embrace, but because we know them so deeply we shrug off any words they offer thinkimg their struggles somehow make them weak. Friend, far from being weak, their words of hope and triumphant overcomings are the backbone of our society. It seems as the better we know people, the more we judge them and throw wisdom to the air never to reflect on their gift offered. We miss out on the best while settling for the least.

So, listen closely and tuck them away so from time to time you can pull them out and remember… and share with those meaning the most to you. Always live love. Give it, receive it and make it multiply in your life. Love grows and produces beautiful fruit that all can see. Love forgives quickly not bringing the past up over and over freeimg others from things that never build up only tear down. Love is selfless always willimg to go that extra mile, give that extra hand and encouraging others to do the same. Love sets examples that should be followed. Love loves without motives.
